Honda adds new features |
 >ELECTRIC STARTING SYSTEM The GCV160 and GCV190 models are also available with the electric starting system. These engines are equipped with a charge coil charging the battery for continuous operation of the electric starter, lights etc.

 >COMFORT STARTING SYSTEM Honda has added the optional feature of an intelligent "Comfort" starting system that automatically sets the choke to give optimum starting and running in all cutting conditions. The system is available on the GCV160/190 engines combined with fixed engine speed to make starting the engine as simple and reliable as with a modern car.
No guessing. No waiting. No adjusting. No cold stalling.
1. The customer no longer needs to think about operating the choke when (re)starting the engine 2. Using fixed engine speed ensures optimum cutting and further simplifiesoperation to the lowest level. 3. No need to wait for the engine to warm up before starting to mow. The customer needs no experience of starting and using engines. The choke valve is automatically opened/closed by operating of the THERMO WAX ASSEMBLY installed on the intake manifold.
